By accessing and using BuildX AI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.

Permission is granted to temporarily use BuildX AI for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by BuildX AI at any time.

Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.

BuildX AI provides AI-powered construction management and project planning tools.

Services include but are not limited to: project management, inventory tracking, bid generation, and workflow automation.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our service without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must immediately notify BuildX AI of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You grant BuildX AI a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and analyze data you submit for service improvement.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

Any use of our services that negatively impacts our ability to provide services to other users is prohibited.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

BuildX AI reserves the right to change subscription fees upon 30 days notice.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BuildX AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to data you submit, post or display on or through the service.

You grant us a license to use, copy, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

The materials on BuildX AI are provided on an 'as is' basis.

BuildX AI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

BuildX AI does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall BuildX AI or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on BuildX AI.

This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
